On September 10 and 11, 2026, INDEVCO Paper Containers (IPC) leaders gathered at the Group’s Training Room for a dynamic Strategy Implementation Workshop, delivered in collaboration with the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK), with the support of the INDEVCO Learning & Development unit.

The workshop was designed to equip leaders with the tools, clarity, and practical discipline needed to transform strategic plans into measurable results. Through expert-facilitated sessions, guided activities, and structured worksheets, participants engaged in a hands-on learning experience focused on mastering the art of strategy execution.

Rather than discussing strategy at a conceptual level, the workshop emphasized implementation, helping leaders bridge the gap between planning and action while leaving with concrete direction for execution within their respective areas.

The two-day workshop provided a valuable platform for leaders to align around shared priorities, sharpen execution capabilities, and reinforce a results-driven mindset.

By focusing on practical application and ownership, the program contributes to building a stronger culture of accountability and effective execution across IPC.
